Government Structure
The executive branch of Links Land operates under our unique Democratic-Constitutional Monarchy system.
Senior Government Offices
According to Article 7 of our Constitution, the government of Links Land consists of the following senior offices:
The Monarch
Role: Head of State and symbol of unity
Responsibilities: Ceremonial duties, international representation, granting royal assent to laws
Term: Hereditary
The President
Role: Head of Government
Responsibilities: Overseeing executive branch, appointing ministers, international affairs, law enforcement
Term: Maximum two consecutive four-year terms
The Elected President
Role: Primary representative of citizens
Responsibilities: Collaborating with President on national policies, representing citizen interests
Term: Maximum two consecutive four-year terms
Vice Elected President
Role: Assistant to Elected President
Responsibilities: Assuming Elected President's duties when absent
Speaker of the Democracy
Role: Presiding officer of legislative assembly
Responsibilities: Ensuring orderly debates, protecting members' rights, acting impartially
Anti-Corruption Measures
Article 12 of our Constitution establishes important safeguards against corruption:
- All public officials must disclose financial interests annually
- Independent tribunals investigate abuses of power and corruption
- Transparency in government operations is mandated by law

The President shall be the Head of Government and responsible for overseeing the executive branch
Elected President
The Elected President shall be chosen by the people through democratic elections. The Elected President shall Serve as the primary representative of the citizens. Collaborate with the president on national policies.
